Motorola One Hyper, Motorola One Zoom, Moto Z4 - Upgrade UFS Firmware

Problem:
Motorola is aware of a potential customer experience issue on the Moto Z4, Motorola One
Zoom, and Motorola One Hyper products related to Memory performance. Some users
reported that their devices started to exhibit one or more of the symptoms below.
● Device Hangs/Freezes
● Device Power-Cycles Frequently
● Device Cannot Power-Up
Engineering analysis determined this was caused by a firmware settings issue for devices built

using WDC Type UFS Memory parts.
