Premium users have a special status that allows them to access features that base users do not have.
This Premium status also entails conditions and rules that the user must read and accept before becoming a premium user. The rules and conditions are as follows:

1- Access to the premium user status can only be obtained with the payment of a subscription, or by participating in the forum with quality content. By placing useful content, the user will receive thanks from other users, accumulating points with each thanks. You can then exchange these points for a premium subscription.

2- The remaining rules of the site also apply to premium users, all rules must be respected.

3- The website content, as well as the downloaded files, must be used only for their own use, and must not be disseminated elsewhere on the internet, nor sold.

4- The user account is one-person and non-transferable. It is not allowed to share the account with another person, nor is it allowed to sell the user account to another person. Only 1 simultaneous access is allowed per user account. The discovery of unusual activity on a user's account implies the immediate suspension of the premium account without prior notice.

5- Subscribing to a premium status does not entail any obligation on the part of Tecnicenter and the Staff team towards the user who purchases the subscription. It only gives the right to access premium content and download existing files. It does not imply the obligation to make files or information available that do not exist in Tecnicenter at the time of the premium subscription.

6- Subscriptions are non-refundable. When subscribing, you must be aware that the amount will not be refunded. This is because there are users who subscribe to access the files they need and then ask for cancellation because they already have what they were looking for. In this sense, a refund request is NOT allowed. The user is free not to renew the subscription when it ends.

7- All users, including premium users, must be aware that the administration of Tecnicenter is not responsible for the content sent by users. We are not responsible for the disclosure of confidential documents, nor are we responsible for any damage that published firmware may cause. Before changing the firmware of any memory, make a backup of the previous firmware to put back if necessary.

8- The content of this website must be used for private use only.

9- The premium subscription implies acceptance of the above mentioned rules. Any user who does not comply with any of the aforementioned rules will have their subscription canceled without being entitled to a refund of the subscription fee.
